House-Palace – Seventeenth century. This palace passed into private hands in the late nineteenth century, and was then dismantled. In the first years of the twentieth century it was used for coffee roasting and flour making. Its façade is made of stone but retains some of its original brickwork. It presents entablature and pediment that contains a circular marbled shield representing the Moreno, Núñez de Prado, and López Maldonado surnames. The interior is structured around a courtyard, still conserving on the ground floor the gallery of elliptical arches supported by columns. The building is currently used as a tenement.
