Arcos de la Frontera is almost surrounded by the river Guadalete. Years ago, flour mills, essential to grind grain for bread, proliferated in this river. Today the structures of four of them are conserved: Mill of San Felix. Mill of the Algarrobo, Mill of San Antón and Mill of the Angorrilla. In some of them, we can still see part of the grinding mechanism or mill stones.
